Located on the private Bush Estate in Eccles on Sea it has a large front garden and larger still enclosed dog friendly rear garden. The garden is perfect for BBQ's and a safe environment for children to play in. With it's own drive there is ample parking for 3 cars. Clonmell has been tastefully decorated and comes well equipped. In the good sized living room you will find a TV, Video, DVD, Sound System and even a Play Station for the kids (and big kids!) to keep you entertained and a wood burner to keep you warm and cosy. The 3 bedrooms offer 2 double beds, 2 single beds and cot. The kitchen comes with an electric cooker, micro wave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The bathroom consists of a bath, basin, toilet and electric shower. Eccles on Sea is just 5 minutes drive from Stalham (with its Tescos superstore). 10 minutes from the Norfolk Broads and only 30 minutes from Norwich, a beautiful city and Great Yarmouth. The location is ideal for walking, swimming, fishing, bird watching and cycling or just relaxing and soaking up the peace and quiet that Norfolk has to offer.
