Located on the private Bush Estate in Eccles on Sea it has a good sized front garden and an enclosed dog friendly rear garden, perfect for BBQ's and a safe environment for children to play in. With it's own drive there is ample parking for 3 cars. Sweet Briar has been tastefully decorated and comes well equipped. In the large open planned living/dining room you will find a TV, Video, DVD, Sound System, Playstation to keep you entertained and a wood burner to keep you warm and cosy (as well as central heating.) The 3 bedrooms offer 2 double beds, 2 single beds and cot. The kitchen comes with an electric cooker, micro wave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The bathroom consists of a bath, basin, toilet and electric shower. Eccles on Sea is just 5 minutes drive from Stalham (with its Tescos superstore) 10 minutes from the Norfolk Broads and only 30 minutes from Norwich, a beautiful city, and Great Yarmouth. The location is ideal for walking, swimming, fishing, bird watching and cycling or just relaxing and soaking up the peace and quiet that Norfolk has to offer.
